Our Story
WhyACRexists
ACR was started by Jonathan and Michael Katz, who, through their work in real estate, kept running into the same problem. Every project, every property, every renovation had a dumpster on it. And every dumpster came with the same headaches: late drop-offs, inconsistent pricing, no one to call when something went sideways, different vendors in every market with different rules, different invoices, different excuses.
Once they started working alongside contractors, restoration crews, and commercial property teams, they realized the problem ran deeper than their own portfolio. The waste side of construction and property management was the most fragmented, least accountable part of the job. Crews wasted hours chasing haulers. Project managers got stuck reconciling invoices across a dozen vendors. National operators couldn't get consistent service across markets they were already running.
