Hauler companies and service operators. ACR coordinates dumpster rental and waste service through independent hauler companies in markets across the United States. To deliver service, we share necessary information (delivery address, service details, contact information) with the hauler fulfilling your service.
Legal and compliance. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our legal rights or the safety of others.
Business transfers. If ACR is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
